Seven Steps Process
The work implementation process at Ami&M, distilled by the Founder, consists of seven steps.
We always begin with Brainstorming – where ideas are shared among team members, along with the advice and contributions of Consultants and Mentors. The process concludes at the 7th step with a discussion centered around the theme question “Can be better?” Ami&M believes that exchanging ideas, collaborating, and experience-sharing is the way to improve and enhance work efficiency.
Team of Teams
At Ami&M, each AM is a versatile warrior, dedicating 70-80% of their working hours to tasks assigned by their direct leaders and allocating the remaining 20-30% to contributing to various projects in different roles.
The Team of Teams approach optimizes human resources, allowing each member within the organization to explore and maximize their personal capabilities, enhance mutual understanding, and collectively grow into a “super team.”
Execution Discipline
Positioning ourselves in the flow of globalization, Ami&M recognizes the importance of establishing a management system to effectively execute business strategies.
We have chosen to apply the 9-step implementation process – The Balanced ScoreCard, utilizing Balanced Scorecards, Strategy Maps, and Essential Execution Principles as an optimal solution to enhance strategic execution capabilities and work efficiency.
Project Management Professional
At Ami&M, our work operates under a project management model, where each project is implemented and managed using PMP tools from inception to delivery.
Most of AM Heads and core members are trained in PMP knowledge, tools, and skills to minimize risks, maximize efficiency, and enhance the success potential of each project.

Originating from the sincere bond of like-minded companions, Ami&M serves as a gathering place for individuals who share values and strive to create synergy for sustainable development. With understanding, trust, and effort towards a shared mission, every thought and action of AM is guided by integrity, aligning with the goal of organizational growth.
Modesty
At Ami&M, every individual is valued and treated equally. AM sincerely exchanges and gives feedback with a respectful attitude, offering open-minded solutions for improvement. At Ami&M, responsibility is embodied in the diligent execution and completion of assigned tasks with a committed spirit, striving for the highest possible results. Every AM makes an effort to fulfill their duties, trusting that their colleagues are doing the same. Ollin
Ollin (pronounced "All In") is an ancient Aztec word. Ollin is derived from "yollotl,"meaning heart, and "yolistli," meaning life. At Ami&M, Ollin means moving and acting by all the heart; channeling all our resources with utmost seriousness to deliver on our commitments; prioritizing what truly matters most for those who matter most, keeping our promises, completing assigned tasks, and staying true to the chosen path.
Sharing
The path that Ami&M is taking is a journey of companions who are always willing to share their time, passion, knowledge, experience, trust, and appreciation—without expecting anything in return. Within its capabilities, AM's participation in charitable activities and community events is how AM accompanies Ami&M in fulfilling social responsibilities for a better life.
Envisioning - Self-improvement
Envisioning is practiced by every AM through proactive learning, reading books, and participating in training programs to accumulate more knowledge; reflecting on and drawing lessons from each journey; and spreading these values throughout our team. We elevate our services at Ami&M by enhancing both internal and customer-facing services, aiming to serve AMs and customers in the best possible way.

The welfare policy at Ami&M is called HOPE.
Here, every AM spends 8 hours a day working in a nurturing environment filled with warm smiles. The welfare fund ensures a secure life for AMs on their long journeys!
The retirement fund is established from Ami&M’s annual profits and/or voluntary contributions from shareholders, individuals, organizations, and AM. The purpose is that when young, AM work together to build and develop Ami&M; when retired, elderly, unable to work, or facing difficulties, AM always be there to support and care each other. This also reflects the belief in the values Ami&M is striving to build, which are the accumulations for the future.
The Ami&M family is where we collectively create a better life for ourselves, our partners, and society. The Ami&M retirement fund is established as a way to ensure that every member’s life is fully secured in the present and future, thereby allowing them to focus their entire capacity and will on our shared development goals.
Building a like-minded AM team, focusing on attracting and training talented young professionals who align with the corporate culture, is considered one of the key factors for realizing Ami&M’s vision and executing its strategy. The Training Fund is established to nurture the most outstanding talents who fit Ami&M’s unique culture—individuals capable of leading the company to new heights.
