Autumn has come! Gentle sunlight glistens on green leaves as the breeze carries the scent of familiar street corners. In harmony with the changing rhythm of the season, Ami&M joyfully welcomes a new chapter with its 5th Anniversary Celebration under the theme “Tuổi vừa Sol”– a resounding symphony that marks the foundational journey and fuels the momentum to soar higher. It is a moment to reaffirm our commitment to the mission: “Bring a better life for Companions.”

This year’s anniversary is especially meaningful, as the Ami&M family gathers in Hoa Son – the birthplace of our first steps, where the seeds of a shared dream were sown, nurturing the green aspirations we hope to pass on to future generations.

 

The Torch of the Heart – Igniting Dreams and Aspirations Together

The ceremony began with a solemn torch relay. The glowing flame—symbolizing belief and aspiration—was passed on from the first generation of leaders: Mr. Nguyễn Quang Vinh, former Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Đoàn Đức Minh, founder of Ami&M, to the next generation of leadership: the Directors of Divisions/Departments and current Board Members.

Together, they lit the stage, marking the official opening of Ami&M’s 5th Anniversary Celebration.

The flickering flame spread its light across the venue—a deeply moving and memorable moment that touched the heart of every AM present.

The burning flame remained throughout the event, serving as a powerful symbol of heritage, continuity, and sustainable growth at Ami&M. It inspired pride and strengthened the bond among all who walk this journey together.

 

“The Ami&M Symphony” – A Journey of Growth and Maturity

“The Ami&M Symphony” is a special musical gift, lovingly composed and performed by the Board of Directors themselves – dedicated to all those who have journeyed with Ami&M over the past five years. Amidst the poetic mountain scenery of Hoa Son, the majestic and meaningful melodies deeply moved every AM present.

This symphony captures the spirit of Ami&M – where pure, resonant notes are sown each day with enduring love, unwavering optimism, and a shared commitment to a greater purpose. It is music born not only from voices, but from the hearts of those who believe, strive, and stand side by side for a common goal.

In recognition of the invaluable contributions from our earliest companions, the Board of Directors presented commemorative medals to the AMs who have been with Ami&M since its founding days. These medals bear the image of a soaring bird, drawn from Ami&M’s very first logo—symbolizing the bold spirit of those who took the first flight toward our shared future.</span>
